We offer up to three revisions during the design phase. This ensures that we can fine-tune your website while keeping the process efficient and on track. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
At each stage—wireframes, mockups, and prototypes—you’ll review and provide feedback. We won’t move to the final build until you’ve given your full approval.
The design process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project and how quickly we receive feedback. The revision process is built into this timeline, so keep in mind that feedback during the revision rounds can impact the overall project timeline.
We require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work on your project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final website is launched. This payment structure ensures that both parties are committed and that we can allocate the necessary resources to bring your vision to life.
Post-launch updates are possible but are not included in the initial scope. We can discuss any needed changes after launch, and depending on the complexity, we’ll provide a quote for these updates.
Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your website. If you're not happy with the outcome, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. We will review your feedback and work to make necessary adjustments within the scope of the project.
